In order to streamline registration on the day of the race, as well as to keep costs down, racers MUST pre-register in order to receive a t-shirt commemorating the 2024 Wild Hog Canoe Race.

REMINDER: The 2024 Wild Hog Canoe Race is taking place on April 20th 2024, and registration (including pre-registered check-ins) begins at 7:30am on race day on SR 24 at the Waccasassa Bridge and ends promptly at 9:15am. The race will start at 9:30am after a review of the rules.
Online registration for this event is closed.

However, you may still register at the event. See you there!

Determine your class:

NEW! - Paddle Board - NEW!

If you are racing alone on a paddle board, you need to enter the Paddle Board Class.

Men's Kayak

If you are a man racing alone in a kayak, you need to enter the Men's Kayak Class.
Register

Women's Kayak

If you are a woman racing alone in a kayak, you need to enter the Women's Kayak Class.
Register

Senior Kayak

If you are 55 or older, racing alone in a kayak, you need to enter the Senior Kayak Class.
Register

One-man Canoe

If you are racing in a canoe alone, you need to enter the One-man Canoe Class.
Register

Recreation

If you are two men racing in a canoe, and you have never finished first, you need to enter the Recreation Class.
Register

Experienced

If either racer has ever won the race in the past in any of the other two-person classes, you need to enter the Experienced Class.

Mixed

If you are a man and a woman racing in a canoe, you need to enter the Mixed Class.
Register

Parent/Youth

If you are an adult racing with a youth 16 years old or younger, you need to enter the Parent/Youth Class.

Youth

If you are two youths, both aged 16 years or younger, you need to enter the Youth Class.
Register

Senior

If you are two seniors, both 55 years or older, you need to enter the Senior Class.
Register

Women's

If you are two women, you need to enter the Women's Class.
